I need a little more clarification this I know for a fact non of my clients have been reporting this so I would like to inform them about reporting for 2017 so they will no longer be penalized but how do I find the PQRS codes to bill for Mental Health, Skilled Nursing, Hospital, Internal Medicine and is this something I they need to set-up or d I need to set-up. And how do I report it on the claim with the Cpt code and what amount do I charge for this. I'm so clueless on this.

Everything you need to know, including an implementation guide, can be found here:

But keep in mind MIPS is coming, which will affect PQRS:

Great Info Kristin!

The final rule on MIPS was released on October 14th.  PQRS is 60% of the provider's composite performance score.  If anyone doesn't know what MACRA or MIPS is you really need to learn.  We just posted another blog article on it.  You can read that at:  https://solutionsmedicalbilling.wordpress.com/2016/11/15/macra-made-easy-the-final-rule-released/

Data on claims starting January 1, 2017 will be used to determine a provider's composite performance score.
