Aetna denies 93922 for experimental procedure, did any one of you ever receive payment for this procedure from Aetna? if yes how did you bill?

93922 is a single level code. Code 93923 is for multilevel. These codes are for lower and upper extremity level arteries. When you do study on lower extremities and upper extremities, then both the codes are used with modifier 59.
