: How to Find What You Are Looking For on the Forum

There are thousands of posts on this forum so how do you go about finding what you are looking for?  Well, you can start with one of the topics like Billing or Insurance Payments and glance through the subject lines to see if anything sounds like what you want but it may not be under that particular topic.  We get so many posts every day that we don't change a post  to the correct topic so you may find a good interesting thread on marketing under Billing Software because someone went off in another direction when answering a post in that section.  Often there are many responses after that first one.  An interesting post on starting a billing business may sometimes be found in General Questions or Billing.

Many people don't notice the search bar at the top of the page.  I have used it often to find a particular post I have read in the past.  If you are looking for a particular post, type in some relevant keywords and the search will bring up many choices.  If you remember seeing a post on billing a particular code correctly and want to find it, try typing that code or the specialty into the search bar and you will likely find it.

Sometimes a hot topic can be found by watching the number of views and replies.
