Hi Michele,
When I start my business in PA from home, I live in the tri-state area, If I decide to bill for doctors in port Jervis NY do you have to register to be a third party biller in NY, because I know you have to in NJ?

I am not aware of any rules stating you have to register as a third party biller in NYS.
