Hello, I have a prospect that is an inpatient hospital facility for children with eating disorders. They asked me if I have the new 2013 encounter forms for pediatric & GP encounter forms. I search the WWW could not find any new encounter forms. Does anyone know where I can find the new counter forms with the new codes? Is there a specific encounter form for Peds & GP for inpatient? Is it common practice for billing companies to provide encounter forms to providers? I appreciate your answers and time. Thanks!
