Out of network - benefits exhausted

When a patient maxes their chiro benefits do you have to take the write off when you roll the charges to their balance?

It depends on the insurance carrier and the contract that the provider has with them.  Usually the eob will show a 'patient responsibility'.  That is the amount you should be charging the patient.  Or you can call the insurance carrier to clarify.
