what type of service is cpt 20550 trigger point inj

i'm setting up software and wondering if i should set the type of service for 20550 for 2 (surgery) or 9 (other medical service)?  thanks

99201 to 94999 E/M
1k series to 6 are considered surgical Procedures
7k series is Rad
8k series is Path
90281 to 99607 is medicine

so should a hepatitis a injection (90632) be t.o.s. 1 (medical care) or 9 (other medical services)?
