I need some help.........I just started in my new job at a retina eye care center.  Does anyone have documentation (PDF) on what ICD9 codes can be billed with related CPT codes?  If there is any other information that yall can give it would be a great help.

Google on eye + "cpt codes" .  You will get links like this one.
