How can I determine what the practice should charge for the Medicare Annual Exam procedures:
G0348 and G0349?

Check the medicare fee schedule for your state...

Yes, you can use the Medicare fee schedule to determine your charge.  Many go by 130% - 150% of the Medicare allowed amount to determine fees for services.
