they need to have an online demo......and you can't get anyone in customer service. For a large billing office, it can be costly at $149.00 a month per seat. Many of the web-based software programs can be expensive. We were looking to switch to Brightree which is 2400 a month. Great program, but is it worth all of that? Can it do more than what others can? When you look at software, COMPARE what they offer to others and determine if what they offer is what you need. Software programs can offer 800 reports, but if those reports are only requested or needed by 2% of your clients.....is it worth purchasing??

i am sitting in on the xena demo tomorrow. I am curious to see it. If I did decide to go with it, it wouldn't be costing anymore than what i am paying now in clearinghouse fees. I am curious to check out the reports. I hope I like it. I really do!!

Xena is working on an online demo now and it should be available the beginning of the year.  They do offer demos now I believe via gotomeeting.com.  Can you tell me what phone number you are calling for customer service as they assure me that though they can't answer the phone at all times, they are returning every call.  The correct number for customer service is 860-819-3701.
