I only know about them from someone else who stumbled upon them.. here's what I know.
The software is "ok" not superb. They offer training but it's expensive. I found quite a few features missing but that could be I wasn't looking hard enough...Reports are just ok, I really didn't check to see how customizing reports was...

They advertise data conversions but they don't guarantee the quality (that's actually understandable).  Their claim transactions are fairly priced. The only thing that bugged me was that they were a billing company themselves..though they offer a non-compete.. non competes don't do well in courts and the laws vary from state to state. That bothers me personally (JUST MY OPINION)  Overall I wasn't overly impressed, but keep in mind I didn't give it the full heave-ho.. I've been doing this for so many years and have worked on so many systems that I want to see certain things RIGHT off the bat. That's why it's very easy to understand why a lot of new billers or billing companies jump on these free softwares, they really don't know what to look for.

Hmm... I was just wondering about it. The pictures of the user interface seemed okay. I did not see that they are also a billing company themselves.. That seems a little fishy. What did you notice was missing?
