create a claim error message from Medisoft version 17

when I try to create a claim on medisoft version 17  I am getting an error msg that states the following:   No more claims were created
                  1. the patient's case needs at least one ins carrier assigned
                  2. the filter used to create claims may be excluding claims
                  3. the patient's transaction needs at least one ins. carrier for payment

    I have checked and double checked the cases and transactions for any errors  and none were made.     I have compared each patient info, case, and transactions with other claims created for errors and none wer made.   I don't know where else to check.   ???

You should contact Medisoft Tech support, if you are certain it's not a data entry problem.

Looks like you either have not entered their insurance carrier, or have not check the assignment box to have the claim billed to the insurance you have entered.
