Have an Treatment facility that specializes in drug treatment. The wish to bill for drug screening using CPT code. "UDS"  Is this the correct code?

"UDS" is not a CPT code.  I'm not sure what code you mean.  Since it is a facility maybe you are looking for a Rev Code?
