Hi! I am new and just starting out. I work for a medical collection agency and have had clients ask us to start doing their billing so now we are trying to get a new part of the company up and running. I am looking at software and preferably web-based. I was wondering if anyone has worked with Advanced Data Systems and know if how their support is as well as if anyone has worked in their program Medics Premier and if it is any good? I know it is a modular system and they will grow with you and I know they use Emdeon for a clearinghouse.

Not that I lend any importance to this at all but they have been around a while and one of HBMA's preferred software's. I have only SEEN the software from a potential client once and they seemed to find it "cumbersome" (their words) Whenever I see one of HBMA's Newsletters or ad's I alwasy see them. Not sure of the arrangement there <g> But, like I've said, they seem to have been around a while. Not sure I can even say if they are on the High end, but I am guessing that since they are on HBMA's list of preferred software's they probably are.
