Home Visit with Nurse for IV Infusion

Hello All
So my question is nurse wend to patients house to do IV INFUSION do I bill the nurse 99211 and Iv infusion or 99601 and IV INFUSION?

There is really no way to answer your question with the information that you provided.  We have no way of knowing what was done without seeing the patient's chart.  Nurse would have to tell you what was done and you would bill based on that.  If she did IV infusion then you bill IV infusion.

Let me be more clear Iv infusion was done @ the patients home but my question is if i bill with iv infusion Nurse visit 99211- or 99601??

You are asking a coding question that can't be answered w/out a chart. no, actually it shouldn't be answered w/out looking a the chart. Coding has to be done using the actual chart to be sure all E/M elements of the code is not only applicable but documented.
