Is this a newer drug? I'm not seeing any HCPCS code assigned yet.

Unfortunately I cannot locate a HCPCs code for it. You will have to use an unlisted code such as J3490 or J9999.

its a self injection.. The company has info on their website, including sample appeal letter, pre-determination, medical necessity..but I can't see any info where it's billed in the office. https://www.aimovig.com
