Hi Guys,
I have been receiving this denial from GA Medicaid as the member is locked-in to another provider, but our provider is the only provider who sees this patient for dialysis treatment.

Any solution? Waiting for your experts responses.

Sounds like it's something to do with the referal and/ or PCP? Patient might have to contact Medicaid to get it taken care of or call their pcp on file.
