Our provider has taken a professional discount adjustment. I am confused whether it is the provider adjustment they have taken in advance or patient discount (patient liability waived) as the adjustment is taken on the same day ofthe visit.
Can anyone help me on this.......

I think you need to get more clarification from the office to understand what they are doing.
