Therapist Helper still has not done anything about 5010.  Anyone else out there concerned?

I had clients I had move off of therapist helper a while ago, but I heard the same thing about them, that they are thinking they don' t need to be compliant until October of 2013, seems they are confused with due date for ICD 10.  They should already be ready and in testing. JMO but I wouldn't wait for them, as I'd prepare to move to another system. JMHO

Definitely need a back up plan.  I'm not using them either, but I would be very concerned if they haven't done anything.  If Linda is right and they think they have till 2013 they may be in trouble.

Thanks for your input.  I spoke with Thr Helper again and they said they would have an update by November cutting it close that's for sure.

That would be unacceptable to me because MOST if not all are and have been in testing for a while.. that only leaves them with 2 months to get the updates/test.. way too tight for my comfort.

I spoke with a sales person at TH in November and questioned their 5010 transition. They said it was "in the works".  I'm even in the Netsmart Community and nothing has been updated there either. I am wondering if TH is being phased out?? Haven't had an upgrade in awhile.

I haven't heard anything new on TH other than that they weren't 5010 ready.  Anybody else??

I have a former client who's still a friend of mine who uses TH (yes I do the "I told you so" with her all the time) and she claims they are not even answering her at all about it. If I used their software I'd be scrambling right now and not holding my breath anymore. JMHO.
