you first need to get a business plan together. Then see what services will provide with the billing. Then get the software that the physician and or facility will use so that can be on same page. Make contract to see if will charge per claim or a percentage for your services. Then you need to market yourself use free marketing services to market yourself and also word of mouth.

This is not really a question that can be fully answered in one post, however if you take the time to browse the forum's posts you'll find a lot of information. Generally speaking you will want to have a business plan as the other poster recommended, that's a good place to start. You will also need to register your business, research your state laws, put together a contract, compliance plan, and it's a good idea to come up with a marketing plan as well.
