I am coding the diagnosis 'Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma'. Not sure if the correct code should be 202.8x Lymphoma, diffuse NEC (see index) or 200.7x Large cell lymphoma. Can anyone provide insight? Thanks.

I can't be 100% sure based on the info you are giving, but it looks like the 202.7x would be correct.
