Hi Michele,
I have your book on secrets to signing up your first doctor.
I was wondering when you send a intro letter to a doctors office who should I address the letter to, I have sent some out to the doctor is this the way to go? also when I do a follow-up call who should I try and talk to?

It depends on the office.  If it is a mental health provider, or other small provider, I would address directly to the Dr.  If it is a larger office like a family practice I would probably address it to 'office manager'.  When you call, try to get who you addressed it to on the phone, if it was the dr, ask for them.  If you addressed it to the office manager, ask for them.

Good Luck

Michele
