How do I register my NPI # with Empire Blues?

I am a mental health provider with an NPI. I was informed that the number is not registered with Empire Blues. I tried doing it online, but could not. Help.

Hi,
I would call the customer service # for Empire Blue Cross and tell them that you would like to register your NPI number with them. When they suggest that you do this online, tell them that it is not possible. Ask if you couldn't fax it or give it over the phone. Ask if there isn't some other way to report it. If that doesn't work, ask someone a little more computer savvy to help you.
