: Rebilling Claims in Medisoft

Does anyone have experience with rebilling claims in Medisoft?  If so, can you let me what steps to take.

Thank you.

Do you mean rebilling an entire batch or just rebilling one claim?

Just one claim.

Don't you just put the check back in to bill primary insurance?  I'm not terribly familiar with Medi-soft but it should be something simple like that.  Are you printing the claim or submitting it electronically?

HI

In re-billing with Medisoft, you need to go to Claim Management, then go to/highlight the specific claim you need to correct and then click on edit, then click on ready to send, ensure to click which billing method you need to use either paper or electronically, save then print/send.

Hope this helps.

@ Michelle

That's what I thought too, but Medi-soft's claim management setup is what was throwing me off.

@ Macbook

Thanks for your help.  I was under Claim Management but wasn't sure if this was the proper way to resubmit a claim.  Thanks again.
