Hi,

For the code 97014(stim) UHC accepts G0283 and they will pay 60%.  Is there any other insurance companies that you know of that accepts this code?  Is this a universal code that most insurance companies recognize?

I work in a chiro office and it is so frustrating as to what they do and do not pay.  Thanks

Hi,
   We bill for several chiros too, so we feel your frustration.  So far only UHC (& Medicare, but they don't pay chiros for stim anyway) require the G0283.  We haven't found any other companies yet that don't accept it as the 97014, if they pay it at all.
