Dear Michele,
I am currently using medisoft v11 sp3, I had problem to fill in box 32a and 33a. I opened the report design, and put command of NPI code in. But the the insurance form seems too small to type in the NPI number. I only got the top half of the NPI number in. How do I increase the page a little bigger to fit in the complete word?

There are a couple of things you can try. If there is any room above where you are placing the NPI number, try moving it up just a little. Things may be a little crowded but they should all fit. You may need to move the address info up a little too. Also, you can try changing the font size on the numbers to a smaller size. That might be enough to get them to fit.
