I am set to start testing with Xena web based software on Monday Jan 11 and was wondering if anyone has any feedback for me?

We have been testing with them for over 2 months and it's going great. Of course there have been a couple bumps, since we were the first testers, but they fix all problems very quickly. Feel free to contact us during testing if you need to.

I think I may be doing the demo this coming tuesday. I just have to make sure my schedule works out if its since its on the east coast.

I was on Xena's website and did not see an option for demo. I did fill out the contact info. I still haven't heard from them. Clinixmis and AdvancedMD contacted me within hours. I would like to see what this company has to offer.

Not sure when you filled out the contact info, but I know they are closed today (holiday). I'm sure they will contact you tomorrow.

I sent the contact information Thursday, this past week. I didn't expect to hear from them over the weekend, but I am hoping to hear from them on Monday.

Is there not a way to demo on your own? Is it a guided demo? I much prefer to be left to demo on my own.

I've searched the whole site numerous times but could not locate an option for demo. I did not see a webinar being offered either. I'll see if they call me today. If not I will call them tomorrow.

Yeah I had no luck either, I did see in the tour at the end it says you have to call for a demo. I'd much prefer a demo I can work with in my spare time and really evaluate. JMO

Right now they are doing scheduled demos, but I will mention that people are asking for option to do demo on their own. They are very open and happy to hear opinions.

I called today. I have patience and if they are new or whatever I'm willing to wait and see what they have to offer.
I will say the beginning of their recording was rather difficult to understand the speech but once I picked an option it was a little better. Then I received a voice mail and I just left a message. I did not receive a phone call back yet, but to be fair I left the message around 4:30 PM.
I will hope I hear from them tomorrow. I would like to schedule that demo.

I received a call today, actually two - we were playing phone tag in between my breaks. :) I will speak to the Rep. tomorrow and set up a time to do a demo.

Spoke to Rep. today for Xena. I will do a demo on the week of the 19th.

Just a little update. I have it scheduled for the 20th. Due to my work day being their business hours, Xena offered to work with me on the time and managed to schedule a demo after work hours. Very nice people indeed.

I had my demo with Xena yesterday evening. I have to say I was very impressed with the system and all they had to offer for the cost. It is web-based at an extremely affordable price. I think they are a winner. ;D

Xena sent me an email through my day job because the clinic I work at is looking for a new practice management software. I am trying to schedule a demo and I am really looking forward to it!

We had our demo this week at my day job at a clinic. Looks like we will be going with Xena! I loved what I saw during the demo.
