: Ultrasonic guidance

Does anyone know if you can perform an Ultrasound for guidance of needle placement (CPT 76942) with epidurals instead of Fluroscopic guidance and localization of needle (CPT 77003) and still meet the clinical guidelines with the insurance carriers and be reimbursed for services?  Any answers on this topic would be very helpful and greatly appreciated.  Thank you.  ???
