I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on how the easiest way to input the CPT codes and diagnosis codes in to Kareo.

Thanks.

Doesn't Kareo have the option in putting one CPT and the others that are similiar for that speciality can get lumped into one category/folder?   I think I remenber this from the demo/webinar.  Did you call/email the sypport?

Sorry about my question. My mind was all over the place... I meant regarding entering the fee schedule. I dont know if there is an easy way to input the information.

Hi, I'm evaluating this software right now, trying to start my own business. Get ahold of their support -www.kareo.com (http://www.kareo.com). By the way, what do you think of this software? I'm looking at a lot of different options but I've been giving Kareo a closer look. Let me know your opinions. Thanks!

Kareo is awesome, however I do tell people they are NOT the company to learn with, you need to know medical billing and you need to know all the basics of using any pm system. I have a few providers with Kareo and they are my favorite by far.

I'm also in the process of looking through different PM Software and Kareo was my favorite but they charge per NPI/Provider and some of the client I'm hoping to get are small and will barely break even with the monthly fee. Any other suggestions? Xena?TotalMD? Lytec?

Thanks,
