Now that is too much to ask, but I really feel that I am at the best place I can think of. And people who need answers to their questions can get them simply by following me..lol..
Anyways,
As and when I reach more physicians, I get confused with what all they want me to do, if I say I offer Billing services?
Can anyone list the complete list of services I will have to do, when I offer clients a Medical Billing Solution?
I will initiate:
Insurance Verification
Claims Submission (Again I have lot of questions here)
Handling rejections from Clearing House....
And so on
Please provide me the list I will have to do..
And what all I can let go, like coding...

I don't like calling myself a medical billing company. I am a practice management company. This allows me to keep my services diversified.
I do it all from claim verification to soft collection/patient statements. I also do credentialing, fee schedule and contract data management, negotiations, practice analysis by quarter, compliance, forms management, patient financial plans/policies, practice plans/policies, financial outlook, and MUCH more. Like I said, I don't like to, and don't refer to myself as a medical billing company.

I agree Linda. I did see the scope of your services is way more than I know myself... :-[
As I am new in the field, I will actually have to restrain myself from Credentialing and fee scheduling, etc. I will be comfortable doing things that I did in the past.
Once I get enough experience, I might think of expanding.
For now, I am looking for a list of responsibilities or things I would have to do as Medical Biller alone..

I'd have to say you have to do all the services that relate to the collection of all practice revenue from start to finish from benefit verifications to patient statements/soft collections. As the minimum.
