I did some research on this, and it appears to be something that is implanted in a patient during spine surgery. As such, the CPT code used for the surgery will include the "cage", usually. If the "cage" is separately reimbursable for some reason, you would be looking at a HCPSC code, and not a CPT code, of one exists for that particular item.
