seems like you really weren't ready to retire!! :D your wife must be very happy to have you helping her! it does seem like a lot of work for a bigger office. i bill for a gen surgeon and may see a patient 2-3 times in the office, ones in the hospital.. sometimes only in the hospital and there's not even a chart. so amount of charts is increasing very fast.. thank you for your input though, i may do this for patients who are our "regulars" and come more than 3 times :)

Thanks Erika. If I didn't work in her office, I would never see her, LOL.
She works from 10AM until 9Pm, Monday thru Thursday, and until 7Pm on Friday.
Then she comes in during the weekend to catch up on paperwork. I am glad she loves her job,
but to me, a blue sky day is priceless, and I want to enjoy as many of them as I can.
It's different, working when you don't have to.
The billing thing is like a never ending game of Monopoly. Money in, money out - I never get to keep any of it, LOL.
I really enjoy this forum. I am so glad I found you all!!!
