Has anyone heard of or had dealings with Taylord Solutions out of Las Vegas? They contacted me to set appts for me with local Dr's looking for someone to do their billing.

No, but check out the review on Merchant.com about the business.
I personally wouldn't want to deal with a "marketing" company such as this one. I think you can find an association that offers referrals to its members. I think Linda's organization does that.

Years ago there was a lot of HOO haa about marketing companies, a few come to mine and all the ones I remember are either out of business, shut down, maybe even in jail!
Here's my advice.. DON'T DO IT!   They might use aggressive tactics that would NOT be professional. If you were a party planner, I would say go for it, but this is a different business all-together.  Bottom line is that YOU know your business, if you know your business, and you have the qualifications to get the job done, you will not have a problem getting appointments on your own. Some unscrupulous companies make promises to potential clients that the billing company cannot live up to.  I say .. Buyer beware.   I see Charlene found a link, I would suggest also checking them out with the BBB if you really decide to do it.

I was actually one of those people per sey. I worked for a dental insurance company that did telemarketing. I would make the cold calls, get people who were willing to talk to a rep and get the information to have them call the potential client back. This is what they do for you, and you will PAY FOR THIS SERVICE BIG TIME!! Yes for some it is worth it because they only want to talk to people interested, but even if they are interested, don't mean you can "sell" them on your service or product. The one thing I will get out of my business while it grows, is knowing this business was planted, watered, loved and developed by Charlene!! Its like my baby...yeah you get tired of changing the poopy diapers, but when it grows you smile knowing you raised it from birth to full adulthood. (hey i'm a mom..don't laugh at my analogy!!)

I couldn't have said it BETTER!!!
What's more is doctors see through that ...they want to talk to the person bringing in their cash, they don't want to waste their time talking to salespeople, they do that enough with pharmaceutical companies.  I agree.. I'll change my own poopy diapers.. LOL

Yes, once they nibble, thats encouragement to me. They sniffing to see what they can see. They can smell fear or uncertainty. If they are calling you, or looking at your site, they are thinking. I keep all my "no thank you's" to follow up after 3-6 months. I had a provider call me, he husband wanted to go with a billing service (to save money) she was skeptical and hired a biller. She was nice enough to let me know, but she is on my follow up list. Hi Ms XXX, this is Charlene with TriMed Billing Solutions. ...etc etc etc. This is my business, my baby...I'm breast feeding this sucker.......no dang pre-made milk for her!!
