Contract termination
« on: February 17, 2011, 05:42:09 PM »
When terminating a contract how long should claims be submitted once termination has been set.  On the last day of the 30 days of termination or date of notice for termination?

You set the terms and be sure it's specific in your contract. Mine states that I will cease all services within 30 days from the date of termination. If I terminate due to suspicion of fraud or abuse or any other funny business, my contract states I may terminate the contract without any notice.

Thanks, that part was little confusing.  I am finally done with it I think.  I am calling around for attorney's now.  I will have to add a part after arbitration about other legal court stuff I think.
