Per my understanding, All radiology claims are processed by AIM(American Imaging) if Provider is participating, If Non Par, Cigna processes. But today i received an information where in Cigna's HMO/POS plans only being processed by AIM  if par and PPO plan policy being processed by CIGNA only irrespective of PAR/NON paR status. Not sure. Plear find out Cigy tose let me know how much true this statement is?. definelty i will find out out from Cigna Costmer service but need to know ur opinion? Or did you team observed this?

I'm sorry but the question really is not clear. It sounds like it is a plan specific problem and is not something generic that this forum can answer.  I would recommend calling Cigna.
