Is thier a billing code for 2 doctors seeing the same patient that needs to be used. If one doctor is covering for the other doctor seeing the same patient.

If your asking about any type of CPT code then the answer is no.  But your question is not quite clear.  Was this the same visit?  Why did service require two mds? ect. ect. ect.  Did pt. see doc A the first visit then came back to facilty later in the day for other reasons and seen Doc B? (In which case a modifier would be required)  Not enough info in your question to give a good answer to you
