Does anyone know if the HIPPS codes are to be used when billing for HH Aides that go into the home to do personal care, such as cleaning, shopping, etc.? Some of the information is confusing online.
Thanks.

I am not finding any clear information on it as well, but the information that I do find clearly states that most nursing agencies provide such care. Obviously they must get paid in order to offer the service, but I can't find info on how it is coded.
Anybody else??
