Anyone use this software program? If so, what are the prices? They are not listed on the site. Thanks.

I have a soon-to-be former client who decided to bring his billing in-house and Health Fusion was the company they started to use.  I don't know what the cost was, but he was very unhappy with it and dropped it.  He has switched to something else that is supposedly much more user friendly.  But keep in mind that the front desk employee that will be taking on the billing has never had billing experience so I don't know if the software is the issue or if the users (required input from the physician) just didn't know what they were doing.

Sorry Claudelia!  But sometimes it is for the best when we lose a client.  We had one recently we actually threw a pizza party after we completed the cleanup!  :)

We just lost a client this week, too. They were a larger client, but the hassles were large as well--too large in fact.  After our 90-day run out period, I think I'm going to throw a pizza party, too!

It was invigorating!  It eased tensions in the office too.  Some employees were nervous (because it was a large client).  The party put them at ease showing them we truly weren't nervous or upset.  Sometimes an account just isn't worth it, no matter how large.  The problems they caused, they were like a poison.  The party just reassured everyone and it was good pizza!

5% of your clients will cause 95% of your problems.  You may want to review your clientele annually, and fire the problem children!  That makes room for more of the good clients!

I'm not all that sorry for losing this particular client, except that he was one of my larger accounts.  We were doing just fine until he hired the front desk staff and she's the one that's been a pain in the backside.  Living in a small town area, there isn't an overabundance of potential clients, but there's also not a lot of competition so I guess it all evens out! Oh, and I found out that they are using Kareo, which I have read in other discussions is a pretty good Internet-based software program.  But they charge a monthly fee for each provider and some of my clients are small accounts that don't bring in much more than the software fee.  :P
