Based upon the informtaion provided and not looking at the charts I'd review code

714.9 Unspecified inflammatory polyarthropathy

Excludes
polyarthropathy NOS (716.5)
Also applicable to/known as
Inflammatory polyarthropathy or polyarthritis NOS
ICD-9-CM Volume 2 Index Entries That Refer To 714.9
