Title: MODIFIED BARIUM SWALLOW IN MOBILE UNIT

HAS ANYBODY BILLED FOR MODIFIED BARIUM SWALLOWS IN THE MOBILE UNIT??? I AM GOING TO START BILLING FOR THIS AND I AM CONFUSED AS TO WHAT TO BILL FOR HOW MANY CPT CODES ARE THERE TO BILL I KNOW THAT THE UNIT ONLY BILLS FOR PART B DOCTORS SIDE BUT THE PART A THEY INVOICE THE FACILITIES FOR THIS SO WHAT IS THAT I NEED TO BILL FOR A MODIFIED BARIUM SWALLOW STUDY
PLEASE I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME I AM NEW TO THIS GROUP I REALLY APPRECIATE IT THIS IS WHAT I HAVE 74230 92611 26 AND DO YOU PUT ANOTHER MODIFIER WITH THIS???

I haven't billed for barium swallows, but it looks like the cpt's you have are correct.  The 92611 and the 74230 are both indicated for barium swallows.  I don't think a modifier is required.  The 26 is to indicate professional component but the 74230 description seems to be professional component.

If anyone else has billed these before, please let us know if this isn't correct.
