Title: charging patients for copies of their medical records
Post by: MJ on November 10, 2009, 01:56:11 PM
When a patient requests a copy of their medical records, released to themselves, is it standard to bill them for the coping fee.  If so, what the acceptable fee?  Would it be the same as we bill a lawyer etc?
