Title: Aetna Provider Representative

When I call Aetna's provider number to discuss a denied claim from the EOBs, I cannot reach a representative. I have tried all phone numbers and all options. The message on phone tells me that I am being connected to a representative but it goes back to the main menu on the phone. Any help will be highly appreciated. I am frustrated by the fact that I have claims denied by Aetna but I cannot talk to a representative. It is loss of money to the doctor I work for.
