We had a patient pick up the depo and brought it to the clinic for us to administer is there a way to bill Medicare for this service? :)

If covered by Medicare, you can bill the code for administering the injection. If it is not a covered service, the patient would have to pay out of pocket. Whether or not they need to sign an ABN depends on how the service is classified with Medicare.

The code for administering an injection is 96372.  You bill for just the administration but not the material.
