Record of visits

I recently asked my chiropractor for a record of my visits so I can submit a mileage claim to NY Workman's Comp. Solutions Medical Billing sent records from 6/13/07 through 3/19/08 to him. I am missing the records from June 2006 through the 6/13/07 date. Can I request them through this service to be sent directly to me via e-mail or fax?
