Billing Help

Currently taking over an account that was recently outsourced to another company.  Will be working in their office with their software, so can we just start billing or is there paper work we need to complete first? Usually we use our software so there are lots of things we have to do before hand but this situation is different.  Any help would be much appreciated.

You will still need to do your usual contracts/agreements etc. Will they not allow you remote access?? I mean how will you work in their office and do other jobs as well?? I don't like that scenario. See with me, I don't want anyone to know how long it takes me to process their claims. Are you going to be able to work your xx hrs and then leave..its a lot to contemplate.
