Provider Package/Marketing

I have a lead for a large podiatry office, hopefully will be my first contract. It was referred to me from my mom-in-law, her doc told her that the main office needs someone and asked about the software.  Of course she did not know, but he asked if I could go by the main office, gave me the contact info and a person to drop off a "package" with.  I have created these cool business card cd's, I have brochures and cards, but they all kind of just describe/market my services. I think he is looking for a little more about the software and reports we provide and the nuts and bolts of the organization.  But I don't know I could be wrong.  If you were asked this of you, what would you put together in a "package" to leave with someone?  Please help, this could be my Big break.LOL  :o 

Any help or advice anyone would have would be great! Oh and I purchased your books online and the 12 ways book, is the best I have seen, and I have been through many books, it was exactly what I was looking for.  Thanks,

I would leave the info you have but maybe jot down a handwritten note for the doc stating that this is your business card/brochure, but it doesn't go into detail about the software or the reports you can provide to them.  But you'd be happy to sit down for 10 minutes (they need to know you will be brief) to go over it with them to see if you could help them at all (make it sound like if it wouldn't be good for them, you wouldn't waste their time).  I would also state the contents of the note to the person you are dropping it off to.  They may be the doc's sister, or niece.  Try to win her over (not pushy) to just let her know you aren't a used car saleman (I hope you weren't in a previous job! :( - no offense intended!)  I'm sure you get the point.
