Michele,
Can you tell me your comfort level in answering questions concerning software, schooling, degrees etc? I belong to another forum and every time someone ask the most general of questions about software we get hit with the "legal disclaimer". I mean I am not asking you to tell me what the best software out there is, but come on can you not simply tell someone the differences in web based and server based, give a listing of some various software and say contact them about specifics. Once you contact them, can you not answer a question about which do you think is more relevant to have as a billing service, the scheduling feature, or the claims scrubber?? Can you not say I prefer the claims scrubber and not feel that you will be sued!!! I just don't understand.

Thanks
Charlene

Charlene,
I really have not been concerned with legal issues.  I only ever give my opinion and my experience.  If I don't have experience in whatever is being asked, then I decline to comment.  I don't bash anybody or any product.  I just give my opinion/experience.

We need to be able to help each other and share information.  I wish that we had found a place where others had shared with us, it would have shortened our learning curve.  :)

I don't believe in bashing people or products, just sharing information.

I agree with you. I think that you can give your opinion about specific things without endorsing it or bashing it. Even if you have had a bad experience with a product, facility, or organization it may just be specific to you. You can simply decline to answer. As I believe everyone appreciates the help you and others here have given them, we know, or should know that its still up to us to follow through with research, and training so that we can have the full comprehension and ability to make the choices that are best for us.

Thanks for your input
Charlene
