Hello All,
After many years of management and billing consulting, i decided to go full time into my business. This forum has been very informative and I just wanted to know for those willing to share, what type of marketing has worked for you best? Cold calls, door to door, eblast/email, replying to ads, postcards? Thanks in advance.

Jackie, I have personally tried all of the methods you mentioned.  I think it comes down to what actually produces the best results for you.  While some have success with cold calling, others don't; my advice would be to try EVERYTHING and monitor the effectiveness of each method so you won't waste a lot of time and money on methods that are not working for you.
