How do you get past the front desk?


When calling or visiting a medical provider, what is the best way to be able to speak to a decision maker regarding their medical billing services?

Hi, I see you asked this question last year on the forum. Myself and others gave you some good advice then, you may want to look it back over.

Don't try to get past the front desk person or office manager. That's the biggest mistake you can make in marketing within this business.
