EOB Information on the Blues

Is there anyone here that knows how to access EOB information on Premera Blue Cross through Onehealthport? 2 months ago I filled out the provider application info. included the W-9 and submitted it to Onehealthport. Now when I log in to OHP and it says Affiliation Not Listed? So I called OHP (20 min. hold time) the customer service person said I needed to call Premera, back to Premera (another 20 min. hold time) Customer service said she would connect me with technical support to solve the problem (another 20 min. hold) Their beloved automated phone system dumped me back into the phone loop and back to customer service (another 20 min hold) the lady said this was a OneHealthport issue and I needed to call them, so back to OHP again who gave me the same story as before. It's been over 5 hours and I'm still at square one. Now the provider tells me he wants these explanation of payment info. forms posted, and doesn't want to hear any more excuses from me, or he'll get another biller. This hasn't been one of my better days. Is there anyone who can help me with this logjam?  :-\

I feel your frustration.  We have had similar issues, but not with Premera Blue.  I wish I could tell you what to do but unfortunately there is no easy answer.  And the providers do not understand that we sometimes hit these roadblocks.  The only option you have is to keep trying to get thru to someone who can help you.  I would start with Onehealthport again and tell them that you need to get to the bottom of this.  Be nice, but firm.  If you are nice you may get someone who sympathizes with you and will help you get a resolution.  I wish I had a better answer.
